Our approach for this project was to touch lightly and maintain the authenticity of the warehouse vernacular. We sought to celebrate and showcase sustainable design initiatives and aimed to minimise waste of both resources and capital.

End of trip facilities (lockers, change and individual suites)

Increased outside air to mechanically air-conditioned areas
Openable panel lift doors to building A and D to provide outside air
Opened roller shutter to building B laneway to provide outside air
Utilised existing spaces from original building (eg bathrooms remained in same location and were refitted).
